Challenge: Drive incremental summer service traffic to GM dealerships in a competitive aftermarket landscape, reinforcing the value of GM Certified Service versus third-party providers.

Solution: We launched “Behind You From Day One” – a multi-channel platform reframing Certified Service as a long-term ownership partner, not just a transactional repair stop. By connecting GM’s engineering heritage with carefree summer road trips, the campaign reminded drivers that the same experts who built their vehicles are the ones keeping them adventure-ready. Online video, social, display, and CRM drove traffic to seasonal offers, contest mechanics, and dealership booking tools.

Results: 29,976 pageviews, 4,625 coupon downloads, and 7,389 contest submissions – including 500+ entries in the first week alone. High engagement prompted internal amplification discussions and reinforced Certified Service’s positioning as a trusted ownership partner during peak summer travel season.
