Challenge: eBay Motors needed to authentically insert itself into the auto community and establish its YouTube channel as a must-subscribe destination – without feeling overly branded or forced.

Solution: Created Between 2 Rides, an award-winning episodic YouTube series pitting two similar vehicles – one stock, one heavily modified – against each other to demonstrate the impact of parts and accessories. Hosted by creators already embedded in auto culture to ensure credibility. The success of Season 1 led to a second season.

Results: Established eBay Motors as a credible voice within the enthusiast community. 36M views and ~135K new subscribers, turning the channel into a key destination for auto content and ongoing community engagement.
