Ask: Create a bold, energetic brand identity for Deloitte’s Technology Fast 50 — a national program recognizing Canada’s fastest-growing tech companies. The work needed to drive program engagement, boost event registration, and strengthen relationships with C-suite leaders across industries including energy tech, biotech, media, SaaS, and more.

Solution: We developed the campaign tagline “Unlocking Disruption”, positioning Deloitte and Fast 50 companies as the codebreakers of the future — visionary leaders scaling through turbulence with focus and confidence.

To bring this to life visually, we designed a custom ‘Code Tiles’ font system — a modular alpha-numeric typeface inspired by encryption and early computing. These glyphs were used to subtly encode words like “FAST50” into event graphics and digital assets, layering in visual intrigue and thematic coherence.

The full identity extended across:

  • Event branding, signage, and custom backdrops

  • OOH and digital display

  • Social media and motion content

  • Sponsor and participant communications

Results: Elevated program visibility and recognition across Canada’s tech ecosystem – strengthening Deloitte’s brand affinity with emerging and enterprise tech leaders.
